Business Coaching

As a visionary, I accompany you with attention, intuition and appreciation on your very own path into the future. Together we look at everything you love to do, at what you want to commit yourself to, so that you are able to direct your energy and focus in your everyday decisions exactly on that. To get into action.

For your goals.

For your values.

For YOU.

In personal conversations we may address the following questions :

  • How can I effectively define goals and what habits do I want to establish to achieve them?

  • How do I design my daily work routine to focus on the essential?

  • What helps me to be confident and self-determined about my future?

  • How can I stand up for myself and set boundaries?

  • What values guide me and how much can I live them?

  • What kind of leader do I want to be and how do I communicate effectively with my team?

Leadership & Team Culture

The world is turning faster and faster, the demands on us and our teams are becoming more and more complex, and the need for skilled employees is increasing. As a result, the role of a manager is also changing, moving away from being an authority issuing directives towards becoming a coach. It is no longer about having all the solutions at hand, but about being there for employees and inspiring them, responding to individual needs and allowing trust to grow. In doing so, the optimal solutions will appear naturally.

I am happy to support you in this development by designing and facilitating trainings and workshops on the following topics:

  • Training on leadership skills such as feedback culture and conflict management as well as team development and strategy (e.g. team phases, team roles, team culture, values and needs).

  • Virtual leadership and working (e.g. communication at a distance, impact on work-life balance, methods and tips)

  • Self-management (time management, prioritisation, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, decision-making)

  • Cross-cultural management (e.g. theoretical basics, models of intercultural communication, self-perception and perception of others, practical consequences)

Continuous Improvement

Nobody likes inefficient processes. Because they cost us the most valuable thing we have. Time. Time for innovation. Time for new solutions. Time for meaningful tasks. But it is also comfortable to do things the way they worked in the past. And so we fall into patterns that are familiar to us. For me, this is exactly what continuous improvement is about – not being comfortable with wasting valuable time and having the courage to challenge and change things.

In team workshops and trainings I establish a culture of continuous improvement with you by:

  • Applying simple LEAN methods to be used every day for continuous process improvement.

  • Process mapping and visualisation, assessment of process capability and initiation of appropriate measures

  • Developing a performance management strategy by defining relevant key performance indicators (KPI)

  • Capacity management through analysis and forecasting of demand patterns

Change Management

In times of globalisation, digitalisation, demographic change or the current global pandemic, change and transformation management is more relevant than ever.  Customer and stakeholder demands are constantly changing, and to keep up, teams and organisations need to be innovative, think quickly and embrace new ideas.

Are you facing a change? Do processes or structures need to be adapted, new IT systems introduced? I would be happy to guide you through your change to make sure it is as sustainable as possible:

  • Concept and facilitation of workshops and training on the subject of change management

  • Identification of resistances in workshops or individual interviews

  • Preparation of a communication plan and continuous interaction with stakeholders and affected persons

  • Preparation of training plans and content e.g. regarding the use of new software
